I really have no idea what they were trying to do with this poster. It’s dominated by images of roses, assembled in a pattern that doesn’t seem to have any meaning. Then there is the swastika, which at least tells us something about the movie, but which I honestly didn’t even notice the first time I looked at the poster. And finally there are the lovers kissing, but that image seems like a reflection on some sort of shiny surface and is ultimately overpowered by the much clearer images of the roses.
The poster barely tells us anything about the movie, and the odd combination of images makes for an overall muddled effect. I have high hopes for the actual film, but the poster isn’t doing anything for me.
Nice post. I study something on totally different blogs everyday. It would all the time be stimulating to read content material from different writers and follow somewhat something from their blog.
